Once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee
that order can be cancelled. If you need to change payment, shipping, or contact details please do so before the order is processed.

When your item has shipped, you will get a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. If you lose your email, you can track your order by clicking the Order Tracking link on the top menu.

Generally Orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Due to COVID-19 related delays, we have seen delays between 1-2 weeks. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, time estimates are not including: Weekends, Holidays, or Postal Delays.
If your order is displaying as delivered, and you have not received it, please allow up to 2 days for carrier errors. Please try the following if you have not received your order:
1. Verify the address selected at the time of placing the order.
2. Ask other address residents for delivery confirmation.
3. Check for pick-up/delivery attempt slips from carrier.
If you are still unable to locate your order please file a missing items report with the package carrier and provide over the tracking details. You can reach out to email@example.com. We can avoid using shipping providers with a bad track record, your feedback is important to us!
Please make sure that you enter your payment details correctly. If your payment is still declined, please use one of the other accepted payment methods (PayPal,
ApplePay, GooglePay). You can also try contacting your financial institution to correct any blockages or update any information.
If you need to return or exchange the size for any reason, our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org will be happy to help. All exchanges must be done within 14 days of the package delivery date. If the harness has signs of use we will be unable to exchange for another size. Returns and exchanges will be subjected to a shipping fee at their local carrier rates as well as a 10% service and re-stocking fee.
Harness can be machine washed on delicate or equivalent setting. Only use a mild soap part of the wash cycle to ensure the harness looks rich to its true colour. Harness should only be hung to dry as excessive heat will cause shrinkage. Spot cleaning should be performed when possible to ensure a longer lasting cleaner harness.
The Strap can be tightened as would most bags and backpacks using the fastening strap system.

Yes. Leashes pulling on collars have known to cause damage to the neck and throat areas of dogs. No-Pull harnesses are a safer solution and help transition to pull-free walks.
When attached to the front D-Ring, the Tactical Harness works to turn your dog in the direction of the leash when they pull. Since they are not able to go straight, they will stop and reset. With repetition, they will learn to stop pulling for good.
